1. New, potential and existing client(s) may participate in our contest.

2. Contest begins September 7, 2014 and ends on 11:59 pm EST on October 25, 2014 - therefore all posts eligible to enter to win must be done between the start and end date/time.

3. To successfully enter, all 4 steps MUST be completed.

4. Must be 16 years old and over to enter.

5. The contestant agrees that all criteria/requirements are met in order to be eligible to redeem the prize if selected as winner.

6. The winner must meet all criteria/requirements for our teeth whitening service (visit our 'requirements' page for details).

7. The winner will be announced on October 26, 2014 - by video posting onto our @iamillustriousss page.

8. Winner will be contacted via direct message on instagram or by email.

9. Winner will be selected by a random draw from among all the eligible entries received.

10. Prize will be given in form of a gift certificate for 1 (one) professional teeth whitening treatment with LED light - performed by a Registered Dental Hygienist (CDHO).

11. Prize may be redeemed at the 'iamillustrious' location only (Markham, Ontario). No at-home visits.

12. No substitutions will be considered or given for the prize.

13. The prize has no cash value.

14. If you are interested in entering our contest but do not have instagram - you may submit your photo only to info.iamillustrious@gmail.com - which will then be posted onto our @iamillustriousss page for submission.

15. No purchase is necessary to enter and win.

16. Winner must call or email 'iamillustrious' to make an appointment in order to redeem prize.

17. Winner must use prize (gift certificate) within 12 months from October 26, 2014. Certain situations may allow expiry to be delayed (i.e. pregnancy, medical/health reason).

18. Any photo submissions made before or after the contest start and end date/time will be disqualified.

19. Winner will be contacted on October 26, 2014 - winner will have 72 hours to claim their prize.

20. If the winner forfeits or surrenders prize, a second winner will be selected from the draw.

21. One entry per person.

22. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

23. Contest will become active at 10 (ten) eligible contestant submissions.
